The use environment of sudden jump type temperature controller should avoid dirt and humidity, otherwise it will affect the electrical performance of the product. The temperature controller must be used in the working environment with relative humidity ≤ 90% and no corrosive and combustible medium contact. If it needs to be used in humid environment or immersed liquid, special anti-seepage sealing treatment is required for the thermostat.
During installation, the temperature sensing surface (cover) shall not be deformed, and the top of the cover shall not be collapsed or deformed to avoid affecting the temperature and electrical performance of the temperature controller;
When installing the sudden jump type temperature controller, the temperature sensing surface of the cover of the temperature controller should be evenly contacted with the temperature control part; when the temperature controller adopts contact temperature sensing, it is better to coat a layer of thermal conductive silicone grease on the temperature sensing surface of the cover, so that there is no gap between the temperature sensing surface and the temperature control surface, so as to improve the heat conduction effect.
When installing the sudden jump type temperature controller, do not bend the terminal of the temperature controller, and make the connection of the terminal contact well, otherwise the reliability of the electrical contact will be affected. If soldering wire is used, soldering iron no more than 60W should be selected, and the soldering time should be controlled within 5 seconds.
The temperature should be selected accurately when the sudden jump temperature controller is selected. Due to the influence of thermal inertia, conduction and other factors, the temperature will not change.
